workshop for artists.

Ethan is a strong Christian and looks forward to the
day he can become a "full timer" for Christ through his
church. He plans on pursuing illustration and art after he

A middle grade novel based loosely around Jessica
Kennedy's imaginary friend Swimmy. He lived on
her swing set when Jessica was a little girl.
Ethan, Jessica's illustrator, began to draw some
rough sketches of the characters from the
descriptions in the first six chapters of Jessica's
children's book. The story petered out, but writing it
and working with Ethan on the illustrations taught
Jessica valuable lessons. The characters will be
revived in other stories.
The talent Ethan showed ensured he would be
illustrator for her website, future coloring pages and
short story slideshow.
